The challenges in urban area are manifold, and are especially intertwined in the areas of education, healthcare, access to clean water, inter alia. The emergence of new sources of data has created new approaches and opportunities to tackle many of these urban challenges, notably with access to information (and insights) that were not previously available from traditional datasets. On 25-28 March 2018, twelve academics and researchers from across Indonesia, along with members from Pulse Lab Jakarta’s team took part in the Lab’s sixth edition of Research Dive for Development.
